We currently ship within the state of Hawaii only. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to the mainland U.S. or international destinations.

All orders are shipped via reliable local carriers with insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Orders are shipped from our Maui location. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your island and local carrier schedules.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. We do our best to keep shipping fees affordable while ensuring your order arrives cold and fresh.

Delivery Guarantee

All products are shipped in temperature-safe packaging designed to keep your broth chilled until arrival. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mauibonebroth.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
